The THL 40WI series expands Traco Power’s DC/DC converter portfolio with compact 40-watt converters in a 1" × 1" package. Designed to deliver a balance between high performance and cost efficiency, this isolated DC/DC converter line is ideal for a wide range of industrial and communication applications.
Encapsulated in a shielded metal case (1" × 1" × 0.43"), the converters feature integrated remote on/off control and output voltage trim functions. With efficiency levels up to 93%, the series ensures reliable operation over a wide temperature range from –40°C to +65°C without derating.
All models offer a wide 4:1 input voltage range and precisely regulated, isolated outputs. Certified to UL 62368-1 safety standards, the THL 40WI series is well-suited for use in mobile equipment, instrumentation, distributed power architectures, communication systems, and industrial electronics—anywhere that cost efficiency, reliability, and quality are key requirements.
