TEC 6UI Series – Advanced 6 Watt DC/DC Converters with Ultra-Wide Input Range

The TEC 6UI family introduces a new generation of isolated DC/DC converters designed with an exceptionally wide input range. Created as a modern replacement for traditional 2:1 and 4:1 input converters, this series delivers high performance while maintaining strong cost efficiency.

Supporting an input voltage span of 9 to 75 VDC, the TEC 6UI range covers numerous common bus voltages, minimizing the need to use multiple converter models in a single application. Every unit comes equipped with essential safety features, including short-circuit protection, over-current limitation, undervoltage lockout, and remote on/off control.

Certified according to IEC/EN/UL 62368-1, the converters are rated for operation between –40°C and +80°C and can reliably function at altitudes up to 5000 meters. The compact SIP-8 plastic package makes the TEC 6UI series an excellent choice for applications where board space is limited. With options for both single and dual outputs, the series is suitable for a broad range of demanding industrial environments.
