SEA Components offers SMD and DIP mounting services for various complexity levels:

Assembly Solutions

To ensure precise component assembly, high-precision SMT lines are utilized. Orders are fulfilled by a team of skilled specialists. The production staff operates in three shifts per day, employing automated equipment and performing manual tasks to maintain quality and efficiency.

We are focused both on the manufacture of single prototypes and installation batches of products, as well as on the production of large series of printed circuit boards and electronic modules (up to 100 thousand pieces per month).

 

Line 1 is equipped with a Samsung SM482 automatic component installer, SEHO GoReflow 2.3 reflow soldering system, DEC Horizon 03i stencil printing machine, and NUTEK conveyor equipment.

 

Line 2 features a Samsung SM-321 and SM482 automatic component installers, a BTU Pyramax 98A 7-zone reflow convection oven, a DEC Horizon 03i stencil printer, and NUTEK conveyor systems.
