The Company is a business to business supplier. All information in this WEB site is intended for use by business customers and not consumers. By ordering, the Customer confirms that he, she or it wishes to obtain the Supplies for the purposes of his, her or its business and not as a consumer.
If any goods are or become defective by reason only of use of defective materials or faulty workmanship or manufacture within a reasonable time from the date of dispatch we will repair or replace at Company's Discretion. This is conditional upon the goods having been returned to us in good order accompanied by a copy of the receipt or other evidence that the goods were purchased from us and conditional upon defects not being caused as a result of your failure to comply use or instructions as to the storage, installation and commissioning use or maintenance of the goods or if you alter or repair such goods without our written consent. All goods returned carriage and insurance paid by Customer. The Customer should return the Goods to office Kölner Straße 201-203, 51149 Köln, SEA Components GmbH.
Any Goods which are not in catalogue or are non-stock items may not be returned under these Conditions. Where goods are returned under above conditions and the goods are found not to be defective and to be in full working order, they will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods together with the cost of carriage will be charged to you.
Price and payments
All prices are in USD, are exclusive of Grmany VAT (19%) unless stated and are those current at the date of payment. Listed prices are subject change or withdrawal without notice. Payment must be made in sterling, USD by recognised credit or debit cards using the Secure Server or bank transfer.
All orders containing Overseas Stock Goods are subject to an additional delivery charge in the amount agreed by the Company at the time of the order. All goods are subject to availability which you should check before ordering. We will use our reasonable endeavors to dispatch all orders within 5 working days or receipt of the order and cleared funds, otherwise we will inform you immediately and endeavor to agree with you another date for delivery. If no date can be agreed then the contract between us will be cancelled and any Monies paid by you will be refunded.
Order cancellation policy
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the order date for the stock items. For all other ordered items the decision of cancellation could be made after contacting to our office.
We have 12 months warranty policy for all our products for all other Goods we transfer warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer of Goods.
